LATE REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Late Registration Fee
Registrations received post the registration close date of 14 July will incur a $50 fee.

Flight Itinerary & Name Changes
Post-registration, costs for amendments to flight itineraries or name changes (including swap of registrations) must be covered by the delegate. Any charges are to be paid directly to Directions Conference and Incentive Management.

From registration until 14 August 2023
$50 per person, plus any fare difference. Full cancellation on air ticket is charged if flight is cancelled after this date.
Between 15 August and 14 September 2023
$150 per person, plus any fare difference.
From 15 September 2023
No changes permitted. A new ticket must be purchased.


Hotel Room Cancellation

Between 14 July and 14 September 2023
50% of stay charge cancellation
From 15 September 2023
Full room charge on cancellation

COMPLIMENTARY TICKET HOLDER

Attendance is only open to store owners who have been with AUR prior to the registration closing date of 14 July 2023.

One complimentary ticket will only be available to current store owner or store manager at the time of the conference. If the store is sold post registration close date of 14 July 2023, the new owner or store manager may attend. Note any cost related to the booking change must be funded by the retailer.

One complimentary ticket will be available per store based on eligible warehouse withdrawals being not less than $2,000 per week(or $100,000 per annum).

Complimentary tickets are not transferable and must be used by either the store owner or store manager.

Please note your registration does not include travel insurance and can be arranged individually or through Directions Conference and Incentive Management.

For all complimentary ticket holders, 100% attendance at all business sessions and trade show is compulsory. Non-attendance will result in your complimentary ticket being withheld for future AUR conferences. 

Any retailer in a dispute with AUR or having non-approved group debt may be excluded from the complimentary ticket.
