No, unfortunately, due to limited Covid capacity restrictions, children cannot attend the IBA Trade Workshop event, including functions.
You will be accommodated at Crown Metropol Hotel, 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank Melbourne VIC 3006.
Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking rooms or the hotel's public areas.
Accommodation is based on up to 2 registered adult guests using existing bedding (either 1 x king bed or 2 x queen beds).
Additional bedding or extra room costs are subject to hotel availability and are at your own expense.
All payments are due in full by 11:59pm EST on Sunday 26th September 2021.
Credit CardVisa, MasterCard and American Express cards only are accepted.
Payment is processed immediately at the conclusion of your registration.
A merchant fee will be added for credit card payments (1.52% for Visa/Mastercard and 1.71% for Amex).
ALM Account - Miscellaneous InvoicePayment is open to approved Retailers and is subject to credit checks and approval by the National Credit Manager. On approval, a miscellaneous invoice is raised and the Trade Workshop expense appears on your ALM customer account after the close of registration at 11:59pm EST on Sunday 26th September 2021.
This is subject to your trading and payment terms (trading terms will be shortened if the payment date falls after the start date of the Trade Workshop).
ALM Account - Linked Amex CardPayment is open to approved Retailers and is subject to credit checks and approval by the National Credit Manager. On approval, a miscellaneous invoice is raised and the Trade Workshop expense appears on your ALM customer account after the close of registration at 11.59pm EST on Sunday 26th September 2021 and is moved across to your Amex account as per your payment cycle.

Yes, you can cancel or amend your registration up until 11:59pm EST on Sunday 26th September 2021.
A formal written request must be emailed to ibatradeworkshopvictas@dcim.com.au with the following:
Cancelled registrations are not refundable as at 12:00am EST on Monday 27th September 2021. Program costs as per your completed registration will be charged. NO exceptions, regardless of cancellation reason as the program cost is heavily subsidised by IBA.

Yes, select this option on your registration and DIRECTIONS will email you within 48 business hours after receipt of your registration to acknowledge your extension request. Contact DIRECTIONS with any extension enquiries by email to ibaatradeworkshopvictas@dcim.com.au.
Hotel extensions will be subject to availability. Any costs associated with your extension will be at your own expense.
You are required to make your own way to/from the airport at your own expense and arrangements.
