Yes, children (aged 0-17 years as at 23 September 2019) registered for a Child Package can come to the Trade Workshop. They CAN attend the following functions:

• Day 1 Welcome Reception Dinner Monday, 23 September 2019
• Day 2 Lunch Tuesday, 24 September 2019
• Day 3 Lunch Wednesday, 25 September 2019

You will be accommodated at the The Star Gold Coast, 1 Casino Drive, Broadbeach QLD 4218.

The hotel is a non smoking hotel with designated outdoor smoking areas in the entertainment precinct.

• Shared occupancy is based on a maximum of three (3) adults per room or two (2) adults and two (2) children under the age of 12 years or three (3) adults using existing bedding
• Two (2) double beds or one (1) king bed in the room.
• When registering as a family, DIRECTIONS will contact you within 2 business days to discuss the best room configuration and pricing for accompanying children.  Child Package accommodation is based on shared room with parents, using existing bedding.
• Additional bedding or extra room costs are subject to hotel availability and are at your own expense.

All payments are due in full by 11.59pm EST on Sunday 25 August 2019. Registrations received after the official close date of Sunday 25 August 2019 will be charged on the close of extension 11.59pm EST 15 September 2019.

Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards only are accepted.

Payment is processed immediately at the conclusion of your registration.

A merchant fee will be added for credit card payments (1.52% for Visa/Mastercard and 1.71% for Amex).

Payment is open to approved Retailers and is subject to credit checks and approval by the National Credit Manager. On approval, a miscellaneous invoice is raised and the Trade Workshop expense appears on your ALM customer account after the close of registration at 11.59pm EST on Sunday 25 August 2019. Registrations received after the official close date of Sunday 25 August 2019 will be charged on the close of extension 11.59pm EST 15 September 2019.

This is subject to your trading and payment terms (trading terms will be shortened if the payment date falls after the start date of the Trade Workshop).

Yes, you can cancel or amend your registration up until 11.59pm EST on Sunday 25 August 2019. Cancellations received after the official close date of Sunday 25 August 2019 will incur the full cancellation charge, regardless of the date of registration.

• Delegate Reference Number as noted on your registration summary email.
• IBA branded store name and state as entered on your registration.
• Name of registered Delegate with Accompanying Partner and Children, if applicable.
• Details of changes needed.

Cancelled registrations are not refundable as at 12.00am EST on Monday 26 August 2019. Program costs as per your completed registration will be charged. NO exceptions, regardless of cancellation reason, as the program cost is heavily subsidised by IBA.

Trade Workshop scheduled transfers are provided for flights to/from Gold Coast and Brisbane airports on the main group arrival date Monday 23 September 2019 and departure date Thursday 26 September 2019.

To ensure a seat on the coach is available, you will be required to provide your flight details. DIRECTIONS will contact you prior to the Trade Workshop.

• All parking charges will be at your own expense.
• The Star Gold Coast Valet parking for hotel guests only is $50 per day payable direct to the hotel upon check-out. Valet parking entry is via The Star Grand main driveway.
• The Star Gold Coast self parking for hotel guests and general public is complimentary for the general secure undercover carpark. Self parking entry is via Hooker Boulevard/Nerang-Broadbeach Road OR the Gold Coast Highway and T E Peters Drive.

Evening wear on the Farewell Gala Dinner (tie optional), Wednesday 25 September 2019.
