Airport Check-in
- A minimum of one hour prior to your scheduled flight departure is recommended for domestic check-in, baggage drop and security clearance.
- Failure to observe check-in times could result in your flight being missed and loss of the airfare paid.
- Passengers with special needs should allow additional check-in time.
- Infants under 2 years of age will need to be added to the parent's booking. Proof of age may be required at check-in.
- All passengers require valid photo identification e.g. drivers licence to be available for presentation at check-in.
Online Check-in
Refer to the relevant airline website for eligibility for online check-in. If you don't use the online check-in facility, your check-in options would be the self-serve kiosks or airline counter.
